- Receive shipments at port of entry
- Arranging, when necessary, inland freight to destination terminal
- Personal assistance with customs clearance
- Removal from terminal and delivery to destination residence
- Complete unwrap, unpack and set-up of furniture in residence
- If required, return of empty container to terminal
